- When a completed application form and deposits have been received an invoice will be issued to the student for the balance of fees due.

- Full fees must be paid before course start date.

- In the unfortunate circumstance where a client cancels more than 2 weeks before the start date, the full fee will be refunded less the deposit, (25% of the full fees).

- For a cancellation less than 2 weeks before the starting date, fee will not be refunded.

- Our center is closed during public holidays.

- If any student is unhappy with any aspect of the course, they should contact the admission office. We will endeavor to rectify any problems or concerns.

- Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights under Tanzania law.
